The super energy efficient IMB208 with ECC Memory, DisplayPort, DVI-I, PCIe x16, and RAID-capable SATA interfaces ideal for gaming, digital signage, DVR, and NVR
Taipei, Taiwan, - Axiomtek is excited to announce the release of IMB208, an ATX industrial motherboard designed for the new 22nm 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors in the LGA1155 socket with Intel® C216 chipset. The optimized IMB208 supports Intel® Turbo Boost 2.0 technology, Intel® Hyper-Threading technology, Intel® HD Graphics with DX11 support, 3-D Tri-Gate transistors, 32 GB ECC DDR3 1600/1333 memory, and PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot.
This industrial-grade embedded platform also supports Intel® Active Management Technology 8.0, Trusted Platform Module 1.2, SATA RAID, as well as PCIe x4 expansion making it ideal for applications with added security features. With an integrated Intel® HD 4000/2500 graphics engine this new motherboard offers advanced 3D graphics and triple-display capability through dual DisplayPort and DVI-I ports. The IMB208 meets system requirements for developers looking to fulfill application solutions for gaming, digital signage, DVR, network computing, and much more.

Axiomtek IMB208 comes with rich expandability including one CFast™ socket, one PCIe x16, one PCIe x4, two PCIe x1, and three 32-bit/33 MHz PCI slots. Onboard there are two SATA-6Gb/s and three SATA-3Gb/s ports with integrated RAID 0, 1, 10 and 5 to ensure reliable storage and system protection for network-intensive applications. Other I/O features include: twelve USB ports (8 USB 2.0 & 4 USB 3.0), four COM ports (3 x RS-232 & 1 x RS-232/422/485), dual Gigabit LANs ports, DisplayPort, DVI-I, HD audio, 8 channels Digital I/O (4-IN & 4-OUT), and PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports. All of these features are packed into an ATX motherboard form factor, giving the IMB208 exceptional flexibility and an affordable total cost-of-ownership. The platform also provides reliable operation and non-stop capability with watchdog timer and SMBus, as well as SMART FAN function controlling the fan speed to keep temperature within a specified range.
