Analytical Balance Weighs Powders Accurately
A new, easy to use analytical balance that is ideally suited for weighing powders and pills and automatically senses changes in ambient temperature is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, Massachusetts.
The Alliance/Ohaus® Explorer® Pro Analytical Balance features four cursor keys to provide easy menu-driven navigation and lead users through a series of on-screen prompts. Ideally suited for weighing powders, this 62 gm capacity electronic bench top balance is offered with an optional AutoCal(TM) feature that automatically calibrates when it senses a temperature change.
Equipped with an easy-to-read backlit LCD display, the Alliance/Ohaus® Explorer® Pro Analytical Balance offers 0.1 mg readability and repeatability with ±0.2 linearity. Standard features include a full range of standard weighing units, a user programmable custom unit capability, RS232 port, an auxiliary display port, GLP/GMP protocol, and numerous other user selectable settings. Pan size is 3½" sq. and it measures 8½" x 15 x 13.
The Alliance/Ohaus® Explorer® Pro Analytical Balance is priced from $2,045., depending upon capacity, resolution and options or is available for rent.
