TRUMPower's 135W Medical Desktop Adapters is Suitable for Charging HP Laptops used in Medical Applications
Santa Clara, California – TRUMPower is proud to introduce its highly efficient 135W/19V TMP135-19-HP AC/DC medical grade power adapters, which are specifically designed to charge HP laptops. Other lower wattage models, such as 65W and 90W, are also available. The power adapters come with a power-on LED indicator and a 5.1x7.4x12mm barrel connector with a 0.6mm smart pin, which are compatible with HP Compaq laptops.Â
The units are approved to the 3rd edition of EN 60601-1, UL 60601-1, and IEC 60601-1 medical standards and are also approved to EN/UL/IEC 60950-1 2nd edition standards. The models offer a low earth leakage current of less than 200µA and touch current of 100µA maximum at 264 VAC, 63 Hz.
The power supplies come equipped with the IEC 320/C14 or IEC320/C6 AC inlet for the Class I model and the IEC 320/C18 AC inlet for the Class II model. With 0.98 active power factor, the units operate at a 90 to 264 VAC universal input and feature soft-start and high peak power. The TMP135-19-HP measures 6.73” (L) x 2.83” (W) x 1.65” (H).
With an active efficiency of up to 91%, these power adapters are in compliance with the CEC and Energy Star Level V standards. The units are protected against overvoltage and overcurrent conditions and deliver a reliable 150,000 hours minimum MTBF at full load at 25°C ambient per MIL-HDBK-217F.
