CETCO Corrosion Protection Solutions has introduced a new line of water-based, zero-VOC protective coatings designed to adhere directly to rust and suitable for application in confined spaces.

Perlastic(TM) products by CETCO Corrosion Protection Solutions are a family of corrosion protection products for industrial applications over metal or concrete. Perlastic Spray-Grade (SG) is a two part, spray applied elastomeric membrane engineered to halt the corrosion/chemical attack of the substrate. SG sets in seconds (full curing in 24-48 hours) without using solvents and can be applied to the substrate with minimal surface preparation. Perlastic Roller Grade (RG) is a thick, brushable coating used alone or in conjunction with Perlastic Spray Grade material. Perlastic RG is best used alone where corrosion protection is a requirement, and spraying is not practical due to access and/or size of application.Perlastic Trowel Grade (TG) is a thick, trowel-able coating used alone or in conjunction with Perlastic Spray Grade (SG) or Roll Grade (RG) materials. Perlastic TG is best used to properly prepare subtrates, such as crack filling, bugholes, etc.

The chemically resistant asphalt-based formula of PERLASTIC products provide excellent barrier properties to withstand many of the aggressive chemistries found on industrial sites. The coatings can be used in the mining, agriculture, wastewater treatment and storage, power plant and fabricated structural steel industries.
