VJ Electronix Introduces the VJ-1000 LP X-ray Inspection System
Bohemia, NY - VJ Electronix, a division of V.J. Technologies, Inc. introduces VJ-1000 LP, a high-resolution x-ray inspection system aimed at providing a cost-effective solution for the surface mount assembly and semiconductor packaging markets. The system provides high resolution images of BCA's, Micro BGA's, and other chip scale packages with a 4" image intensifier, digital x-ray control, and 25x-200x magnification for precise inspection. VJ-1000 LP can accommodate PCB's up to 18" x 27" for maximum flexibility.
The system's new Nexus 200 software provides Windows NT based image analysis and CAD-based programming. All VJ Electronix systems include a 20 Gig hard drive and a CD writer for instant image and data archival. All systems are network compatible.
