July 7, 2003 - Constructed of 4-ply knitted tin copper-iron (SnCuFe) wire, Zipper-Mesh® enables users to add additional EMI protection to new or existing designs. Using heavy-duty mechanical zipper closure enables tool-less installation, allowing access to cable assembly for service, repairs, or redesign. Flexible, durable mesh is available in sizes from 1 in. and larger, with or without external protective jacket. Custom lengths to 100 ft long are available.

Constructed of a 4-ply knitted tin copper-iron (SnCuFe) wire this highly flexible, very durable mesh provides outstanding EMI protection. Zipper-Mesh is a convenient and efficient method to add additional EMI protection to new or existing designs. Using a heavy-duty mechanical zipper closure enables tool-less installation, which allows easy access to the cable assembly for service, repairs or redesign. Zipper-Mesh is available in sizes ranging from 1" and larger, with or without an external protective jacket.
Applications for Zipper-Mesh include; EMI interference caused by power cables on computer and communication systems, production, medical and test equipment as well as those applications where flexible, durable shielding is required. Zipper-Mesh is available in custom lengths up to 100 feet long.
