Latest release of its ServiceOptimization Suite designed to address customer demand for a more complete workforce management experience within one application instance

This latest release, announced at its European User Conference in Cannes, will enable service organizations to easily integrate a variety of additional business processes, increasing visibility into their service operation while minimizing the pains of IT deployment.
