Georgia Boot's New Classic Women's Boot: Looks Great ... Works Better
FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Traditionally, men have had all of the choices when it comes to styling and quality in work boots while women have had to "make do" with what's available. That's all changing thanks to Georgia Boot.
The company has developed the Classic work boot for women that not only performs on the job but also looks and feels great. "Women just don't have the same selection as men when it comes to work boots," said Bill Johnson, vice president of product development. "And, often the women's boots are made from a last designed for a man's foot. Not only did we pack the Classic with features but we designed it for a woman's foot. This translates to long-lasting wear and comfort."
The Classic features Georgia Boot's proprietary Hammer outsole which is one of the most versatile available with superior performance in Abrasion, Chemical Resistance, Cushioning, Flexibility, Marking/Non-Marking and Oil Resistance. Constructed from Curry Tan full grain leather, the boot also includes:
• full lining with breathable moisture wicking polymesh;
• external leather padded collar;
• leather pull loop;
• padded and lined gusset;
• notched welt;
• hooks and eyelets set on steel washers;
• covered cushion insole;
• steel shank;
• oil resistant rubber rand;
• repairable Goodyear Welt construction; and
• safety toe class I75/C75.
The Classic is available in medium and wide widths in sizes 6-10 and 11. Suggested retail is $94.

I worked for Georgia Boot Co. for 22 years when it was in Flowery Branch Georgia and I was just wondering if it was still in business. Thank you Georgia Boot was a good company to work for and their Boots was very good and last a long time I am glad Georgia Boot is still around.
