Utilizing patented magnetometer sensor system, Wireless Battery Driveway Monitor STI-30150 detects and alerts when vehicle enters or leaves protected driveway. Movement of any large metallic (iron or steel) object close to driveway sensor will transmit signal from transmitter to indoor receiver, causing receiver to chime and flash. People, animals, and shadows will not trigger driveway sensor, which can be placed as far as 1,000 ft (line of sight) away from receiver.

Know When a Car Enters the Driveway
The Wireless Battery Driveway Monitor offered by STI detects when a vehicle enters or leaves a protected driveway. Ideal for home or office, it uses a patented magnetometer sensor system. Movement of any large metallic (iron or steel) object close to the driveway sensor will transmit a signal from the transmitter to the indoor receiver, causing the receiver to chime and flash.
When a vehicle activates the receiver, the sensor requires a five second reset time before the next vehicle will be detected. The alert light will continue to flash for 15 minutes or until the reset button is pushed. People, animals and shadows will not trigger the driveway sensor.
The sensor may be placed as far as 1000 feet (line of sight) away from the receiver in your home.
Purchase up to four additional battery powered driveway monitors to work together as a system. The receiver will announce each activation with a series of beeps and then chime. Optional Lamp Controller will automatically turn on a lamp or other appliance in your home.
Installation is easy. Just mount the sensor next to the driveway and plug the receiver into any electrical wall outlet inside home.
