Wire Belt Presents Heavy Duty Eye-Flex® Belting
Rugged belt design ideal for challenging applications
Wire Belt, a leading developer of advanced belting solutions, presents Eye-Flex®, a heavy-duty wire, mesh belt that is suitable for large product conveyance in food processing and industrial applications.
Eye-Flex's standard construction is based on a straight, modular design, providing increased belt longevity. With its flat conveying surface and open mesh configuration, the dimensionally stable Eye-Flex belt is easy to clean and sanitize, while enabling uniform product support, minimal product marking and increased air flow.
Eye-Flex belts are suitable for pasteurization, heating and freezing, vegetable and fruit processing, baking and cooling, poultry and fish frying, industrial drying and washing, and various meat applications.
Offered with spacers, including underwelded wire spacing, rings or springs, and without spacers, Eye-Flex is available in a variety of configurations to meet specific application needs. Customized belt edges are available, including reinforcing plates and chain edges. Wire Belt also offers accompanying drive components, such as sprockets and cage rollers. Customization features, including side guards and flights, are also available with the Eye-Flex.
