Model M-606 is 3.5 in. embedded computer powered by 400 MHz Atmel AT91SAM9G45 ARM9 CPU. It comes with 128 MB DDR2 RAM, 128 MB NAND Flash, and 2 MB DataFlash and various interfaces: 10/100Mbps Ethernet, 4 USB 2.0, 3 RS-232, one RS-422/485, audio, microSD, and LCD TTL/LVDS. Internal 133 MHz multi-layer bus matrix and 64 KB SRAM, which can be configured as tightly coupled memory (TCM), sustain bandwidth required by LCDs with resolutions to 1,280 x 860.

Artila Releases WinCE Ready ARM9 SBC
Ultra low power embedded computer designed for 3.5" to 12" HMI
Taipei, Taiwan - Artila Electronics, the leading designer and manufacturer of ARM9 industrial PC, is proud to announce the launch of M-606, an ARM9 WinCE 6.0 Single Board Computer.
M-606 is a standard 3.5" form factor Single Board Computer powered by 400MHz Atmel AT91SAM9G45 ARM9 Processor and equipped with 128MB DDR2 RAM, 128MB NAND Flash and 2MB DataFlash. M-606 provides one 10/100Mbps Ethernet, four USB 2.0 hosts, three RS-232 ports, one RS-422/485 port, audio, microSD socket and LCD TTL/LVDS interface. The advanced internal 133MHz multi-layer bus matrix and 64 Kbytes SRAM which can be configured as a tightly coupled memory (TCM) sustain the bandwidth required by LCD with resolution up to 1280x860. The resolution of LCD can be configured by using the LCD configuration utility included in the pre-installed WinCE 6.0. M-606 can drive 5 VDC and 12 VDC backlight of the LCD with up to 3A current output and PWM brightness control. The M-606 supports .NET framework 2.0 and user's application can be developed by VB .Net, C# and C/C++. In addition, a remote display control utility which provides a graphic interface for the remote user to control M-606 is also included in the WinCE 6.0.
