High-Volume, Wide-Mouth Balers

American Baler offers a series of wide-mouth balers in a variety
of sizes to meet the needs of any high-volume operation.

(Bellevue, Ohio) – Wide-mouth balers are available in a variety of sizes from American Baler Company to meet the needs of any high-volume operation. The company’s 42H and 43H Series balers offer four different hopper dimensions, allowing customers to select a model based on average daily output. The larger 43H Series balers offers a larger feed opening, greater power, and denser bales. A larger power pack with twin motors provides faster cycle times without heavy power usage.

Standard features on all American Baler wide-mouth models include the Pathfinder Plus color touch screen for easy operator interface, automatic tensioning controls to help maintain optimum bale density on all materials, and a five-tie auto-tier that swings away from the baling unit for easy access to components. Balers also include a three-stage replaceable shear blade that often eliminates the need for pre-shredding. Feed openings range in size from 41" x 50" to 41" x 80". Compression forces of up to 339,000 lbs. produce bales weighing up to 3,000 pounds.
