Powered by 1¼ hp pneumatic motor, Z Wart MILLHOG® End Prep Tool features 2 5/8 in. wide body and right-angle drive that turns at 90 rpm and produces 400 lb-ft torque. Two TiN-coated cutting blades are held 180° apart in cutter head for even distribution of cutting forces, and gear drive is supported by dual opposed tapered roller bearings for rigidity. Other features include handle with ratchet for clamping to tube, EscoLock(TM) wedge-style blade lock system, and safety lever throttle.

Welding End Prep Tool Designed for Tube Stub and Weld Removal
A welding end prep tool designed for special applications such as tube and weld stub removal, where the tool width is critical and maximum torque is required, is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, Massachusetts.
The "Z Wart" MILLHOG® End Prep Tool features a narrow 2-5/8" W body and a right angle drive which turns at 90 RPM and produces 400 ft.-lbs. torque at the cutting blades. Designed for tube stub and weld removal, it has two blades that are held 180 degrees apart in the cutter head to distribute the cutting forces evenly which reduces chatter and helps prolong blade life.
Powered by a 1-1/4 hp pneumatic motor, the "Z Wart" MILLHOG® End Prep gear drive is supported by dual opposed tapered roller bearings for optimum rigidity. Standard features include a handle with a ratchet for clamping to the tube, the EscoLock(TM) wedge-style blade lock system, TiN coated cutter blades, a quick-connect air coupling, hose whip, and safety lever throttle.
