Users can search and export weld records based on specific criteria, and different chart types offer row-by-row data selection granularity within integrated statistics module. Along with base database storage size of 10 GB, solution offers zoom and scroll graphing capability to aid weld process signature analysis.

New Features in Weld Management Software, Ver. 2.0


techMatrix, LLC of St. Paul, MN today announced version 2.0 of its WeldWorks(TM) Software Suite. The new upgrade includes many customer driven features like:
  • The ability to search and export weld records based on machine, operator, lot number or time period
  • Histogram, box-plot, and SPC charts that offer row-by-row data selection granularity within the integrated statistics module
  • Zoom and scroll graphing capability has been added to the client for improved weld process signature analysis
  • The base database storage size has been increased from 4GB to 10GB

    WeldWorks software continues to enhance its feature set and grow its customer base across the globe. The software is designed to be a versatile weld management solution that unlocks critical process data in today's resistance weld controllers and monitors.

    The software suite can be deployed on-site or hosted by techMatrix. WeldWorks is fully scalable from one system to dozens of systems across multiple facilities.
