Lincoln Electric Introduces New Circulator(TM) Free Standing General Filtration System

Cleveland - Lincoln Electric Automation introduces the Circulator(TM), a free-standing general filtration system for weld fume control. The Circulator is ideal for manufacturing and fabrication facilities that have obstructions for ductwork - overhead cranes and large amounts of infrastructure - offering an economical alternative to a push-pull system. The Circulator is intended to be used to supplement an existing source extraction system.

The Circulator is designed to create a cleaner work environment by reducing the amount of dust and dirt in the operator and surrounding work areas. It also supplements the natural (draft) and/or forced ventilation (roof/wall fans) that may be present to reduce the overall concentration of welding fumes in the workshop.

The Circulator features the innovative Green-Drive(TM) Control System. Integrated controls continually monitor system operations with a state-of-the-art pressure sensor and automatically adjust airflow to maintain required performance levels. This results in energy savings of up to 50 percent and increased filter life of up to 30 percent over traditional on/off systems.

The Circulator is an engineered solution. The Lincoln Electric Weld Fume Control team will provide a detailed system configuration based on an evaluation of your operations layout and manufacturing processes.

For more information on the Circulator System, request brochure MC11-37 by visiting www.lincolnelectric.com or by calling Lincoln Electric at 888.355.3213. The operation of welding fume control equipment is affected by various factors including proper use and positioning of the equipment, maintenance of the equipment and the specific welding procedure and application involved. Worker exposure level should be checked upon installation and periodically thereafter to be certain it is within applicable OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV limits.

The Lincoln Electric Company, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, welding fume control systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment and has a leading global position in the brazing and soldering alloys market.
