April 30, 2002 - ISP Plus PLC-module has weight indicator for use with all industrial applications. Fast 1 ms reaction time suits batching and sorting systems. System is standardized for load cell connections (8 x 350 Ohm gauges) and has high, 1,048,576 bit resolution. Weighing module conforms to CIML recommendations. It meets approval for Class III weighers (6000 scale divisions), and for Class 1111 (1000 scale divisions) conforming to European circular 90-384, dated 20 June 1990.

High performance weighing system
ISP Plus, a PLC-module associated with a display unit, is a high-performance weight indicator for use with all industrial applications: fast operation for batching and sorting systems (1 ms reaction time), standardized for load cell connection (8 x 350 Ohm gauges), and precise with very high resolution (1,048,576 bits). Installation is simple, this includes communication with the PLC, which is established automatically.
Simpler automation
ISP Plus, associated with the TSX Premium, enables you to automate the machine associated with the weigher: integrated, the control system is simpler. The information indicated is more comprehensive (validity of measurement, diagnostics, flow rate, etc.). The substitution of filter (high flow, low flow and stabilization steps) is managed by the ISP module for the "bag weighing and filling" applications. Open, the control system program can be easily adapted to the machine. Upgradable, the modular system can be easily modified. Standardized, numerous additional I/O are available.
Approval
The weighing module (with its display unit) is conform to CIML recommendations. It meets the approval for class III weighers (6000 scale divisions), and for class 1111 (1000 scale divisions) conforming to european circular 90-384 dated 20 june 1990.
