High Accuracy and Gentle Handling are Key Features of New Cut-Gate Weigher
The new Cut-gate Weigher from Ishida Europe provides highly accurate weighing of granular products and thanks to its gentle handling, which preserves particle size and structure, it preserves the customer product and significantly reduces dust emissions.
Compared with auger or volumetric cup fillers, the operation of the Cut-gate weigher also dramatically reduces product damage and minimizes product giveaway.
Fourteen different models are available to meet specific requirements in terms of applications and performance.
The Cut-gate weighing machine offers precise weighing of all types of granular products such as detergents, granules for hot and cold drinks, sugar and salt, freeze dried coffee, tea and couscous. The cut-gate weigher is typically three times more accurate than conventional filling or dosing systems.
This is achieved thanks to Ishida's accurate load cell and high-speed feedback control system. Also, the stepper-motor driven precise opening and closing profile of the Cut-gate mechanism achieves surprisingly accurate product feeding.
The new Ishida Cut-gate Weigher has a dustproof construction. To prevent dust dispersion, weighing components are enclosed in an easily detachable cover. A sealed enclosure for gas flushing is available.
Offering quick product changeovers, the Cut-gate weighing machine is also easy to operate, clean and maintain.
