Featuring micro-grain structure with medium cobalt content, DMK25 insert substrate provides edge strength and wear resistance, while maintaining toughness. It is formulated for applications involving tool steels, austenitic stainless steels, and most high-temperature alloys. Product is available in D (dished) and N (neutral) RHINO-CARB(TM) CNC-pressed insert geometries and in DMK25-GLH (Premium AlTiN), DMK257 (basic AlTiN), DMK25-HP (Premium AlCrN), and DMK253 (TiCN) coatings.
