September 30, 2004 - No-clean, halide-free 3592-35 provides heat stability for high temperatures required in Pb-free wave soldering of mixed-technology and through-hole electronic assemblies. Solvent-based formulation offers wide process window and minimizes solder balling. It can be used with tin/copper, tin/silver/copper, and tin/lead alloys.

Indium Corporation Introduces Wave Solder Flux for Pb-Free Applications


Indium Corporation of America has introduced Wave Solder Flux 3592-35 specifically developed for the Pb-free wave soldering of mixed-technology and through-hole electronic assemblies. Wave Solder Flux 3592-35 is a no-clean, halide-free material that provides enhanced heat stability for the higher temperatures required in Pb-Free wave soldering processes.

Wave Solder Flux 3592-35 is a solvent -based formulation designed to provide a wide process window, superior hole fill, and excellent solderability on all board finishes with minimized solder balling. It can be used with Tin/Copper, Tin/Silver/Copper and Tin/Lead alloys.
