Wave Solder Flux 3592-35 is a solvent -based formulation designed to provide a wide process window, superior hole fill, and excellent solderability on all board finishes with minimized solder balling. It can be used with Tin/Copper, Tin/Silver/Copper and Tin/Lead alloys.
