Meter and probe, when connected together, offer waterproof (IP67) rating. Suited for water, chemical, and automotive industries, meter is °C/°F switchable. Uses include temperature monitoring in food processing applications where there may be exposure to water splashes.

Omega's new DP8891 series of waterproof digital thermometer features a wide temperature range and can be used as a portable unit or a wall mounted large LCD meter. This battery powered unit is easy to use and is Celsius and Fahrenheit switchable. The meter and probe (when connected together) offer waterproof (IP67) rating.
