COL-MET EVO-4 has 4 towers that cover each corner of any standard-size booth and can be modified based on spray booth length and configuration. It runs on 15 A single-phase power with 110 V wiring harness included. Three Venturu nozzles create turbulence to disrupt laminar airflow during flash-off and three SS pipes with rotating air outlets position nozzles for optimal airflow settings. Air towers can be set from control panel to operate simultaneously or independently.

Col-Met Introduces EVO-4 Waterborne Flash-off System
Rockwall, TX - Col-Met Spray Booths introduces our line of waterborne flash-off systems featuring the COL-MET EVO-4, our 4-tower system that will cover each corner of any standard-size booth but can be modified based on spray booth length and configuration. Three Venturi nozzles create turbulence to disrupt laminar airflow during flash-off, and three stainless-steel pipes with air outlets rotate to position the directional Venturi nozzles for optimal airflow settings. Multidirectional velocity cones on the EVO-1 also adjust the air speed just by moving the cone within its boot. All EVO-4 air towers can be set from the control panel to operate simultaneously or independently.
Standard features of the EVO-4 include:
o Powerful UFO-style fan and intake filter protected inside powder-coated fan housing
o Countdown timer allows painter control over operating cycle duration and auto-shutdown
o Remote starter inside spray booth enables painter to activate system without leaving spray environment
o Runs on 15 amp single-phase power with a 110 V wiring harness included
