New Simplified Solid Water Treatment System from Chemenergy® Maximizes Efficiency and Offers OEMs Superior Equipment Protection

Albany, NY, April 2004… Chemenergy® introduces their single-board chemical dilution system designed to simplify industrial water treatment and add value and extend the life of OEM
equipment. This wall-mounted water treatment chemical dispensing system utilizes a patentpending dilution method featuring their popular corrosion reducing chemicals now in an
encapsulated solid form.

Named Revolution One™, this all-in-one solid water treatment board measures just 24” x 24” and mounts easily on a wall near any heating, cooling or closed loop equipment systems such as
steam boilers, hot water loops, evaporative cooling towers and chilled loops. Revolution One dispenses chemicals from a solid encapsulated form eliminating the hassles and safety issues
surrounding 55-gallon liquid drums currently in use in many facilities. Revolution One uses our industry-proven treatment chemicals such as Opti-Kleen, Optimum One, and Opti-2410 to
eliminate biofilm buildup, scaling, and corrosion in critical water systems. The board’s innovative feeder dilutes and mixes the concentrate as needed.

Revolution One offers peace of mind to OEMs by greatly extending their equipment’s operating efficiency and warranties as well as offering an appealing and safe addition to their equipment. These solid concentrates, in easy to handle 10 lb plastic canisters, eliminate the need to manage heavy drums, spills and leaks. No special disposal handling is necessary. The product ships via UPS in light, easy to handle boxes weighing approximately 40-50 lbs, each with four canisters. One canister may treat up to 250,000 gallons of water depending upon operating and water conditions. The product offers enormous savings from the standpoint of lower shipping, handling
and labor costs.

Chemenergy, a leading supplier of water treatment products since 1975, offers “The Solid Approach” — Proven solid water treatment systems to optimize time, safety and equipment
