New high performance lubricant for metal working applications is a better solution for the environment and versatile enough for use throughout the shop
EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. - LENOX, a leading manufacturer of premium power tool accessories, hand tools, torches, solder and band saw blades, introduces the new LENOX CYCLE HD Water Soluble Oil for use in a variety of metal cutting applications. CYCLE HD is formulated with an advanced extreme pressure (EP) additive that provides outstanding performance in moderate to heavy-duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Unlike many of the EP packages used in high performance fluids, CYCLE HD has no harmful additives. The fluid performs well in sawing, drilling, milling, tapping, and turning applications. The formula offers extended tool life, versatility, and long-term stability. These benefits lead to increased shop productivity and lower fluid replacement costs.
When cutting or machining metal, operators need sufficient lubrication to enable tooth penetration and to carry chips from the cut. At optimal performance, fluids provide extended blade life, superior part finish, and reduced machine wear. CYCLE HD is versatile enough to use when cutting carbon, stainless, tool and mold steels, nickel alloys, as well as aluminum and non-ferrous materials.
