Ready Jet(TM) Removes Concrete Buildup from Truck Mixer Drums with Water Instead of Jackhammers
The new, innovative Ready Jet(TM) eliminates the dangerous and unpleasant task of manually chipping hardened concrete buildup from inside a concrete mixer drum.
Even with regular washing concrete hardens and builds up on the blades and the shell of all concrete mixer drums. The traditional way to remove concrete buildup from a mixer drum is for a worker to enter the drum and use a pneumatic hammer. Dust, falling concrete chunks and noise make this process unpleasant at best and hazardous at worst. It is also time-consuming and costly to take trucks and workers out of service. This age-old ready mixed concrete industry problem has always been addressed by putting "chippers" into the drums with pneumatic jackhammers. This approach has numerous shortcomings, namely damage to the drums, hazards for the worker, and liability to the owner.
The Ready Jet(TM) eliminates these problems. The operator stands on an observation platform on the Ready Jet(TM) trailer and maneuvers the cleaning arm inside the mixer drum, using a wireless radio remote control. A high-pressure water-blasting nozzle safely removes residual hardened concrete from the mixer drum's interior without damaging the shell, blades or exterior paint.
The Ready Jet's high-pressure pump can also power handguns for water blast cleaning truck exteriors, plant mixers and any other surfaces with concrete buildup.

truck mixer inside cleaning in hot climate
we are having a fleet of 50 truck mixer and need to clean inside at least once in a year.we are interested in the method.we would like to know more about it.
