Formulated to increase mold release capacity, FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM) is liquid sealer designed to seal micro-porosity in steel and chrome-plated molds. Applied at temperatures between 199-401°F, it is able to withstand temperatures up to 698°F and cures in 15-20 min. Product is available in 1 and 5 gal containers and is applied through low-pressure spray system.

FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM) Increases Mold Release Capacity up to 12 Times over Non-Coated Molds
Rocky Hill, Conn. - Henkel Corporation has introduced FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM), a water-based sealer designed to seal micro-porosity in steel and chrome-plated molds. This clear liquid product provides an excellent base coat and significantly increases mold release capacity. When used in technical rubber applications, FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM) increases the number of mold releases by as many as six times on steel molds and up to 12 times on chrome molds in comparison to traditional sealers.
FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM) is formulated for high thermal stability, withstanding temperatures to 698°F. This sealer can be applied at temperatures between 199°F and 401°F, curing in 15 to 20 minutes. FrekoteŽ AqualineŽ RS-100(TM) is available in one and five gallon containers, and is applied through a low-pressure spray system for easy application in higher temperatures.
