Water-Based Antistick Coating suits uncured rubber compounds.

April 23, 2010 - Applied to rubber compounds/parts, MAC-863 concentrated mixture of polymeric material provides thin, colorless film coating that can be used on black and colored stock. It will not contaminate rubber stock, ensuring optimal part appearance. No heavy metals, powders, or silicone oils are contained in VOC-free product. Water Based Antistick Coating for Uncured Rubber

The McLube Division of McGee industries, Inc. has developed a new antistick product for uncured rubber compounds and parts. MAC-863 is a water based mixture of polymeric material. It is supplied as a concentrate to assure economy of usage. The product has proven to be an extremely effective antistick coating for all types of rubber stock. It will provide a thin, colorless film coating that can be used on both black and colored stock. The product will not contaminate the rubber stock allowing for superior part appearance. MAC-863 is suitable for use in Barwell type operations, pellets, slugs and extrusions. The product is environmentally friendly containing no heavy metals, powders, silicone oils and is VOC free. Samples coupled with plant testing are available.
