September 10, 2004 - E-100C Hot Tube Wastewater Evaporator reduces volume of waste streams generated by manufacturing and cleaning processes. It also functions as end of line process for concentrate reduction from membrane filtration systems. Operating range is 10–17 gph. Safety features and controls include high-temperature limits, fluid-level control, and exhaust-air proving switch. Tank and tube are constructed of polished, all welded, 10 ga 316L stainless steel.

New Model Wastewater Evaporator Model E-100C Hot Tube
Lakeview Engineered Products, Inc. has developed and introduced a new model wastewater evaporator for 2004. This model is aimed at the small wastewater generator who is looking for value and economy in a small package to reduce the volume of water based waste streams generated by manufacturing and cleaning processes, or as an end of line process for concentrate reduction from membrane filtration systems.
The E-100 Commercial Hot Tube model has many of the
same rugged features as our heavy-duty line of industrial wastewater evaporators, but with fewer and simpler components for lower initial cost and ease of installation.
New features include a power burner with greater turndown capability for lower evaporation requirements but higher energy efficiency. An operating range of 10-17 gallons per hour can be achieved with simple adjustments. Simple controls are 120V, single phase for easy hook up and operation. Standard safety features and controls include high temperature limits, fluid level control, exhaust air proving switch for reliable, safe operation.
The tank and tube are constructed of polished 10 gauge, 100% welded 316L stainless steel for easy cleaning and long service life. Many standard options are available to enhance fluid storage and handling as well as automation for continuous operator-free operation.
