New Perma-Line Provides Permanent Warning Line System with Simple Put-in Place Installation for Roof Edge Fall Protection

BlueWater Manufacturing is introducing the industry's first permanent Warning Line System for roof edge set backs. The innovative, Patent Pending system eliminates the extra labor of monthly trips to inspect and replace torn and worn out plastic flagging. The new Perma-Line System also eliminates the cost and storage of inventorying replacement flags. Its simple Put-in-Place installation features fast, easy set-up with no mechanical roof attachments. The new system exceeds OSHA Regulations enabling a more cost effective method for regulation compliance.

A new generation component in BlueWater's SafetyRail 2000 Guardrail System, the Perma-Line provides the economy of a self-supporting, no drill installation. There are no bolts, nuts or clips to use or lose. Simply slide the stanchion into the base. String warning line cable with galvanized metal flags through the specially designed stanchion connection. When installed, the stanchions stand 39" high. Utilizing the SafetyRail 2000 base, the system remains in place without the need for piercing or penetrating the roof with screws, bolts or other fasteners. When needed, the Perma-Line bases and stanchions can be repositioned using Blue Water's EZ Mover hand truck.
