In addition to air-operated crane access door, No. 1000 gas-fired, 500ºF walk-in oven measures 81 in. wide x 14 ft deep x 12 ft high and has 600,000 BTU modulating natural gas burner. Oven's 17,500 cfm, 15 hp recirculating blower provides combination horizontal/vertical airflow to load, and all appropriate safety equipment required by IRI, FM, and NFPA Standard 86 is included. Construction includes 4 in. insulated walls throughout as well as aluminized steel interior and exterior.

Combination Airflow Gas-Fired Walk-In Oven for Overhead Crane Loading
No. 1000 is a gas-fired, 500ºF (~260ºC) walk-in oven from Grieve, specially modified for overhead crane loading at the customer's facility, in the performance of general heat processing operations. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 81"W x 14'D x 12'H. 600,000 BTU are installed in a modulating natural gas burner to heat the unit, while a 17,500 CFM, 15-HP recirculating blower provides combination horizontal/vertical airflow to the load.
This unique Grieve walk-in oven features 4" insulated walls throughout, aluminized steel interior and exterior, air-operated crane access door atop the oven, plus all safety equipment required by IRI, FM and NFPA Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment, including a 1500 CFM powered forced exhauster.
Controls on No. 1000 include a digital programming temperature controller.
