ANN ARBOR, Michigan—April 16, 2003—LeapPoint Technologies is pleased to announce the introduction of the AiroPoint 3600-SE WLAN Security Server targeted at small enterprise customers or sites with 50 or fewer wireless users.
The AiroPoint 3600-SE extends the AiroPoint 3600 series of WLAN security servers to provide the same high quality, standards-based security for 802.11 wireless networks in an appliance that is priced to meet the needs of smaller organizations. Available immediately, the AiroPoint 3600-SE is priced at $2,499 list and will provide 802.1x based security for up to 50 wireless devices. The AiroPoint 3600-SE is completely upgradeable to the larger AiroPoint 3600 Series servers that support from 200 to 10,000 wireless users.
