The AirCard 710 and AirCard 750 Wireless WAN Cards by Sierra Wireless provide connectivity to the AT&T Wireless GPRS wireless data network, enabling freedom of access on the AT&T Wireless data network. The AirCard 710 is designed for use on a WAN within the U.S. Users who travel overseas can choose the AirCard 750 and use it wherever AT&T Wireless Systems has global roaming arrangements. The AirCard 710 and AirCard 750 cards must be used with the AT&T Wireless Systems service, purchased from AT&T Wireless, which provides Internet access via a wireless WAN environment. Once connected, customers can use their existing VPN software (not included) to connect to their network infrastructure over the Internet. The service requires a contract with AT&T Wireless; monthly service and airtime charges, based on data throughput, will apply. Roaming charges may also apply. Service is not available in all areas. The buyer is responsible to verify with AT&T Wireless that service is available for the intended location before the purchase of the card.
