Packaged in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, CVCO55CC-1490-1550 VCO features control voltage range of 1.0-10 V, typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and output power of +5 dBm. Input voltage is 8 V, with max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are 2.5 MHz and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is at -15 dBc typ. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and satellite communications systems.

Fort Myers, FL - Crystek's CVCO55CC-1490-1550 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1490 MHz to 1550 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0V~10V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-1490-1550 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a max. current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.5 MHz and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
