September 1, 2011 - Operating from 150-195 MHz with 0.3~4.7 V control voltage, Model VCO55FLM-0150-0195 features typical phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Extra modulation port, with negative slope and typical modulation sensitivity of -25 kHz/V, makes VCO suitable for transmitter applications. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, oscillator delivers 0 dBm output power with input voltage of 5 V and max current consumption of 5 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively.

New 150-195 MHz CVCOFLM VCO from Crystek Corporation Features Extra Modulation Port for Transmitter Applications

Fort Myers, FL - The CVCO55FLM-0150-0195 operates from 150 MHz to 195 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V~4.7V. This VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) features a typical phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.

Crystek's CVCO55FLM VCOs contain an extra modulation port (TX modulation), making the family an ideal choice for transmitter applications. The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -25KHz/V.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55FLM-0150-0195 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Output power is typically 0 dBm, and input voltage is 5V, with a max. current consumption of 5 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
