Viscosity Control System Software Now Offered in Key Languages
New upgraded software that provides enhanced control capabilities for their VISC6000 viscosity control system and is now offered in several popular languages is being introduced by Norcross Corp. of Newton, Massachusetts.
The Norcross VISC6000 Viscosity Control System is a PLC-based process control system for up to 10 loops (stations) that provides three trend plots for each one, in real time, and allows adjustment during operation. Featuring upgraded software to include pH and temperature control, this system has an intuitive touch user interface and is now offered in Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Polish, Turkish, and English languages.
Ideally suited for printing applications, the Norcross VISC6000 Viscosity Control System can display set-point, actual viscosity, and automatic or manual mode for each trend plot, and can be retrofit to all existing Norcross viscosity equipment. Other applications include adhesives, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, coatings, lacquers, and ink production.
