Supporting max continuous use to 392°F and short-term use to 482°F (probe and connections), IP67-rated TH-22 series is constructed with 55000 series glass encapsulated thermistor elements, optimized for stability and accuracy. These sensors, vibration-tested to ASTM-E1137 (3 Gs from 5–500 Hz), offer tolerance of ±0.2°C from 0 to +70°C and are available in 2,252, 3K, 5K, and 10 KΩ resistances at 25°C. Response times are ~7 sec (50%), 8 sec (63.2%), and 14 sec (90%) in water flowing at 3 fps.

Omega introduces its new series of thermistor probes with a high temperature rating of 200 degrees Celsius (392 Fahrenheit) and M12 connections. These thermistor sensors can be used in applications previously out of reach of epoxy coated thermistor sensors. The TH-22 series are constructed with the 55000 series glass encapsulated thermistor elements which provide excellent stability and accuracy. Ideal for Food and Beverage, Chemical/Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Pumps and Plumbing industries.
