Corrosion resistant 580A uses accelerometer and microprocessor powered by 2-wire cable. Customizable microprocessor comes pre-programmed with set-point and time delays; alternate settings are available upon request. Along with ¼-28 stud for mounting, switch features 2-pin connector and mates with standard Mil-C-5015 2-socket connector with splash-proof boot for weatherproof, splash-proof connection. Compact, corrosion resistant 580A is CE Certified.

Model 580A Stud Mount Vibration Switch
MARYVILLE, TN - Robertshaw vibration switches and monitors minimize production shutdown time and repair costs by measuring the total accelerated force (shock) present on a machine. Acceleration measurements show the total destructive force acting on a machine - the result is positive protection. Maryville, TN based Robertshaw Industrial Products offers the new 580 Stud Mount Vibration Switch.
The 580A uses an accelerometer and a microprocessor powered by a 2-wire cable. The microprocessor comes pre-programmed with set-point and time delays, but alternate settings are available upon special order.
Installation is simple and no calibration is required. A ¼ -28, stud is provided for mounting. The unit has a 2-pin connector and mates with a standard Mil-C-5015 2-socket connector with a splash-proof boot for a weatherproof, splash-proof connection.
The Model 580A is compact, corrosion resistant, and CE Certified. It is the latest edition to the Robertshaw Stud Mounted Vibration controls like 570B, and 571A Vibration Transmitters.
