Equipped with 3-strand conveyor for transferring pallets on and off, Vertical Lift is capable of handling either 1 or 2 pallets simultaneously, with maximum vertical speed of 200 ft/min. It uses 2 gear motors mounted on floor level, mechanically linked with drive shaft and driven with AB PowerFlex 700 drive. Lift offers cycle time of 20 sec for 8 ft 9 in. travel distance, including time for pallets to move and off lift, and for lift to move back to its original position.

Dual pallet handling lift moves 360 pallets per hour
YORK, Pa., August 25, 2009 - Westfalia Technologies, Inc. is pleased to introduce its new dual pallet handling Vertical Lift, capable of moving 360 pallets an hour. A 3-strand conveyor is mounted on the lift for transferring pallets on and off, and it can handle either one or two pallets at a time. With a maximum vertical speed of 200 ft/min, Westfalia's Vertical Lift has a 20 second cycle time for the 8'9" travel distance including the time for pallets to move and off the lift, and for the lift moves back to its original position. It uses two gear motors mounted on the floor level, mechanically linked with a drive shaft and driven with an AB PowerFlex 700 drive.
