New Towable, Portable Vertical Lift Introduced by Pflow Industries

MILWAUKEE, WI (May 11, 2007)-Pflow Industries Inc. is now manufacturing a vertical lift that is mounted on casters and rolled into position typically by fork trucks.

The vertical rise of the new lift is up to 10 feet and capacity is up to 1000 pounds. Units are shipped pre-assembled with gates and safety enclosures.

Utilization of this innovative application first occurred at a United States Air Force Base where the lifts were used in hangars to access aircraft maintenance/repair work stations. The Operations Chief credits the lift's mobility with the base's second order, citing the fact it's easier to move the lifts next to jet fighters than vice versa.

Pflow Industries offers total engineering, fabrication, and coast-to-coast installation services with a focus on safety and advanced technology. Over 35% of Pflow's staff are engineers or R & D personnel and company facilities include over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
