Using CubeStar® technology, when tray is stored, Element VLM scans height of items on tray and stores tray in least amount of space required. Facilities can change height of stored product, up to 18 in. max, at any time without reconfiguring unit.

The New Element VLM Saves 80% Floor Space in Applications With a Flexible Modular Design.
Kardex Remstar introduces the new Element® Vertical Lift Module (VLM) providing storage density and simplicity for applications at an affordable cost. The Element VLM provides increased storage density with a simplistic and flexible design. The Element VLM will be on display at Promat in Chicago McCormick Place, March 21- 24 in Kardex Remstar booth #2919.
The Element VLM is a basic combination of vertically arranged storage trays that are delivered using an extractor platform to the operator at an ergonomic access opening. It is the latest addition to a long line of existing Kardex Remstar Vertical Lift Modules. "With the addition of the Element VLM Kardex Remstar now offers a complete line of Vertical Lift Modules. From small independently operated units to large fully integrated units, Kardex Remstar has a solution for every application," says Colman Roche, VP of Sales.
The Element VLM provides facilities more storage capacity in less space. When compared to standard shelving, the Element VLM provides the same storage capacity in 80% less floor space. The Element VLM allows facilities to expand internally without building construction or relocation.
With a simplistic design, the Element VLM can be reconfigured at any time to meet changing business requirements. Ranging in height from 13 feet to 26 feet, height can easily be added or subtracted after installation in 1.6 foot increments. Transport rollers allow the unit to be easily relocated within the facility.
Using CubeStar® technology; when a tray is stored, the Element VLM scans the height of the items on the tray and stores the tray in the least amount of space required. This ensures maximum storage density and allows facilities to change the height of the stored product, up to 18 inches maximum, at any time without reconfiguring the unit.
