Quad Vertical Combination Chucks allow simultaneous holding of up to 8 parts, plus complete machining of part in single operation. Visually continuous spindle use is possible because chucks allows access to 3 sides of work piece, eliminating need for multiple set-ups. Master jaws can be set in either self-centering or compensating mode with use of center bracket for multiple loading of parts.

Berlin, CT - Quad Vertical Combination Chucks (QVC) from Royal Machine & Tool Corporation allow the simultaneous holding of up to eight parts...plus complete machining of a part in a single operation.
In addition, visually continuous spindle use is possible with the Royal QVC because it allows access to three sides of the work piece...eliminating the need for multiple set-ups. The Royal QVC is available in sizes ranging from 300mm to 800mm.
Manufactured in the USA, the Royal QVC combines features of standard and custom work holding system designs. Its base is custom designed to fit individual machining centers. For added flexibility, the QVC master jaws can be set in either a self-centering or compensating mode with use of a center bracket for multiple loading of parts.
