High-Speed Vertical Cartoner Accommodates Various Carton Sizes and Product Types

As one of Tisma’s most advanced vertical cartoning solutions, the TC 400s often feature the patented Ultra-Track® or Memory Track® carton filling systems. The Ultra-Track® is a high-speed, volumetric cup filler with a unique design that dramatically increases both cup filling and carton filling dwell times. Ultra-Track® systems also significantly reduce lost product and can incorporate multiple fillers to substantially reduce changeover times and maximize output.
The Memory Track® is specifically designed to interface with today’s computer combination net weigh scales, providing a truly integrated, intelligent packaging system. No product/no carton and no carton/no load features are standard, plus out-of-range product weights will be rejected. These features enable the user to reduce lost product, eliminate damaged or unfilled cartons and to significantly reduce downtime.
Tisma’s TC 400s also have the ability to form, fill and seal a variety of package types, including both standard and flip-top cartons, plastic containers/dispensers, concave/convex cartons and spiral wound chipboard packages.
