NEW Ergonomically Advanced Vertical Cartoner Offers Shorter Lead Times and Speeds up to 200 Cartons per Minute
(Elk Grove Village, IL) –SWF Companies’ Tisma Division is proud to introduce its newest vertical cartoner, the Victory 100. This simple, ergonomically advanced semi-automatic cartoner is capable of reaching speeds of up to 200 cartons per minute. Its standardized design allows it to be delivered in as little as 12 weeks.
The Victory 100 embodies the solution for a variety of applications. Its compact design makes it a perfect match for those hand-load vertical cartoning applications often encountered by contract packagers. It also becomes a fully automatic packaging solution in configurations with automatic bottle loading or count/weigh scale modules. Applications for the Victory 100 include golf balls, automotive parts, cosmetics, confectionery products, and a host of other applications.
Constructed on a stainless steel frame, the base Victory 100 offers a single chain carton track with precision milled carton pockets and 40” of ergonomically designed carton loading space on each side of the system. Standard carton closing is straight or reverse tuck. Scaled adjustments at all changeover locations allow for quick and easy changeovers. Additional standard features include a set of sized carton pockets on 10 inch centers, a 48”powered carton magazine with rotary carton placer, a flat-belt discharge conveyor with lay-down tooling, electrically interlocked guarding and PLC controls.
Options available on the Victory 100 include customized product infeeds, adjustable carton pockets; hot melt glue carton sealing, custom carton closing, automatic bottle loading, various literature feeders, extended carton magazines, intermittent motion servo drive, right hand orientation and additional sets of carton pockets. Full line integration is also available upon request.
