Venturi Vacuum Pumps Lightweight, Fast, Easy to Use

An upgraded line of micro-miniature, compressed air powered venturi vacuum pumps that eliminate vacuum controls and let designers use standard pneumatic controls is being introduced by Anver Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Anver JV Vacuum Pumps are lightweight venturi vacuum generators that can be used with high speed, high vacuum pick-and-place systems and provide milli-second attach-and-release. Weighing only 0.63 oz., they can be mounted at the pick-up point, accommodate several types of suction cups, and can be controlled using standard compressed air supply valves and components.

Providing the flexibility of using off-the-shelf compressed air components and fittings, Anver JV Vacuum Pumps achieve a 26”Hg vacuum with either a 0.50 or 0.74 scfm flow rate. Molded from thermoplastic and color-coded with their flow rate, they are available with 5 mm female threads (which 10/32 fits right in) or with 5/32" (4 mm) O.D. tube connection ports.

Anver JV Vacuum Pumps are priced from $9.98 each and are made in the USA. Samples and literature are available upon request.
