Model M2L-58N-5HD 4.0-12.0 GHz PIN Diode High Dynamic Range IQ Digital Vector Modulator simultaneously controls phase and amplitude with 360° and 60 dB of dynamic range. With phase and amplitude flatness of ±15° and ±2.0 dB, this unit is capable of handling +15 dBm CW, 1.0 W Max. Two sets (I & Q) of monotonic 12 BIT TTL binary logic and switches in 500 nsec provide digital control. Also features linear output with output voltage control input slope characteristic.
