January 17, 2002 - Compact aluminum solenoid valve manifold and subbase system lets normally open and normally closed valves be mounted simultaneously. Manifolds are available with 3/2 bottom ports or 3/2 end ports in M5, NPT, BSPP or BSPT threads. M5 size cylinder port can be ordered on either electrical or non-electrical side. Solenoid valves have glass-filled polyamide body, steel internal parts, thermoplastic bottom plug, and nitrile or fluorocarbon seals.

Parker Introduces 15mm Solenoid Valve Manifold and Subbase System
The Pneumatic Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation has introduced a new 15mm Solenoid Valve Manifold and Subbase System designed for applications requiring piloting of process control valves. The compact aluminum manifold can be used to mount up to twenty 15mm solenoid valves. Both normally open and normally closed valves can be mounted simultaneously. The aluminum subbase is designed for mounting individual valves.
The compact and simple system utilizes 15mm low wattage solenoids available in a wide range of voltages. The glass-filled Polyamide body features steel internal parts, thermoplastic bottom plug, Nitrile or Fluorocarbon poppet seals and Fluorocarbon 0-ring seals. All solenoids are UL Certified and approved to be CE marked. Manifolds are available with either 3/2 bottom ports or 3/2 end ports in M5, NPT, BSPP. or BSPT threads. The M5 size cylinder port can be ordered on either the electrical or non-electrical side. The components have a rated operating pressure from vacuum to 145 PSIG. The operating temperature at the standard flow rate (0.033 Cv) is 50 to 1400 F, and 50 to 122° F at the high flow rate (0.05 Cv). Mobile applications utilizing 12-24VDC have an operating temperature range of -22° to + 15 8° F.
