November 17, 2006 - Used for antenna and flexible circuit prototyping, Quick Vac Table produces flat, precise depth of cut in thin circuit substrates. It works with all models of Quick Circuit Prototyping Systems, holding material down flat by creating even plane of suction. Solution eliminates need for backing material and reduces likelihood of damaged traces on small and fragile prototypes. System is designed to meet needs of RF and microwave industries.

T-Tech Announces the Release of its Quick Vac Table

The Quick Vac Table is a new product that allows an engineer in the High Frequency Electronics industry to make rapid prototypes to a new higher level of precision. The Quick Vac Table allows for higher frequency applications due to its ability to produce flat, precision dept of cuts in very thin circuit substrates.

NORCROSS GEORGIA - (September 24, 2006) T-Tech, Inc., a world leader in Rapid circuit board prototyping systems, today announces the introduction of a Quick Vac Table.

T-Tech, Inc. introduces the latest tool in antenna and flexible circuit prototyping, The Quick Vac Table, a vacuum table system for Quick Circuit Prototyping Systems. The Quick Vac Table designed to meet the demanding needs of the RF and Microwave industry, allowing users to create prototypes on more flexible materials with a greater precision. The technology allows the Quick Circuit to hold material down flatter by creating an even plane of suction and eliminating the need backing material, thus providing an even and accurate depth of cut. The Quick Vac Table also decreases the setup time, thus increasing the speed to which a user can test their design.

The Quick Vac Table will work with all models of Quick Circuit Prototyping Systems and is simple to operate. In combination with the Z-Air Axis System and the Pneumatic Pressure Foot, the required high resolution that is needed for precise dielectric properties can be achieved.

In addition, the likelihood of damaged traces on small and fragile prototypes is reduced. The Quick Circuit remains one of the fastest and most cost effective means for prototyping in the RF and Microwave industries.
