Vacuum Pumps are compact and cool running.

Press Release Summary:

Modular designed KNF N860 Series diaphragm vacuum pumps for sample, transfer, or air and gas evacuation achieve enhanced gas tightness with leak rates at 6 x 10-3 mbar L/s, deep vacuum potential of 2 mBar, and flows as high as 110 L/min. Multi-port valves aid pumps to tolerate condensation without damage, and perform oil-free transfer with uncontaminated flow. Available in both single- or doubled-headed options, customizable units suit process, laboratory, or OEM applications.

Ideally Suited for Sampling Air and Gases: KNF N860 Series Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps Deliver Optimized Pneumatic Performance and Long Life

KNF N860 Series diaphragm vacuum pumps introduce ideal solutions to sample, transfer, or evacuate air and gases. These compact and cool-running pumps benefit from a patented structured diaphragm promoting optimized pneumatic performance and long service life. The pumps can suit a wide variety of process, laboratory, or OEM applications ranging from large-scale rotary evaporators and continuous/manifold filtration systems to process control sampling. Customization capabilities expand their application potential to many other areas.

These pumps feature as standard specially engineered multi-port valves to tolerate condensation without damage, perform oil-free transfer with uncontaminated flow and minimal maintenance, and run quietly with low vibration. They can achieve enhanced gas tightness with leak rates as low as 6 x 10-3 mbar L/s, deep vacuum potential of 2 mbar, and flows as high as 110 L/min.

Their modular design and available options enable easy customization to tailor pump to application. Pumps can be equipped with standard AC motors or explosion-proof AC versions for compliance with Class 1, Division 1, Groups C & D hazardous locations. Single- or doubled-headed pump options can also be specified. Wetted material choices range from economical aluminum heads and EPDM diaphragms to solid glass-filled PTFE heads and PTFE diaphragms, which offer higher resistance to corrosion and chemicals.

All N860 Series pumps are engineered to start reliably against vacuum, mount and operate in any installed position, and can be easily serviced in the field.
