April 8, 2002 - Air-powered vacuum lifters and tilters for one person operation have two fully independent redundant vacuum systems to provide 8:1 safety factor. Suitable for lifting and tilting large pieces weighing up to 4,000 lb, such as fiberglass truck hood assemblies, lifters have valves to hold load in position at any height, vacuum reservoirs, audible and visual alarms, battery powered safety devices, vacuum loss sensors, and LCD vacuum displays.

A line of custom built, air-powered vacuum lifters and tilters that feature two independent vacuum systems for added safety in handling valuable loads is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Anver Powered Vacuum Lifters and Tilters feature two fully independent vacuum systems to provide an 8:1 safety factor and can be customized for handling a wide range of valuable loads. Ideal for lifting and tilting large pieces such as a fiberglass truck hood assembly, this air-powered unit offers a 100% duty cycle and includes battery powered safety devices.

Designed for convenient one person operation, Anver Powered Vacuum Lifters and Tilters are equipped with valves to hold the load in position at any height, have vacuum reservoirs, audible and visual alarms, vacuum loss sensors, and LCD vacuum displays. Built to customer requirements, they are available with numerous pad configurations and capacities up to 4,000 lbs.
