Designed for material handling of abrasive media under vacuum, TPU VAC SW Hose offers lightweight, flexible alternative to heavy-walled PVC and rubber hoses and provides abrasion resistance. Embedded copper static wire allows for hose to be grounded, eliminating static electricity build-up during material transfer. Available in sizes from 3-8 in., extruded Thermoplastic Urethane hose is resistant to ozone and UV attack, as well as oil, grease, and chemicals.

Richmond Hill, ON - The Novaflex Group is proud to announce that their industry-leading TPU VAC Hose specifically designed for material handling of abrasive media under vacuum is now available with static wire. The TPU VAC SW Hose is a lightweight, flexible alternative to heavy-walled PVC and rubber hoses and offers excellent abrasion resistance. This new version; with the addition of the imbedded copper static wire, allows for the hose to be grounded to eliminate static electricity build-up during material transfer applications where static is a concern. Novaflex's TPU VAC SW Hose features all-weather construction - resistant to ozone and UV attack, polyurethane wall for superior abrasion resistance and lightweight, smooth inner tube for maximum product flow. Other advantages of Thermo-Plastic Urethane include: outstanding low temperature performance, excellent mechanical properties, high tear strength and elasticity, high transparency, as well as good oil, grease and chemical resistance. The external wear strip prevents damage to the hose from dragging. Novaflex's TPU VAC Hose SW is available in sizes ranging from 3" to 8", with larger sizes available upon request. Operating temperature range from -50°F to 200°F. Rated for full vacuum.
