RISCO USA Combines Advanced Vacuum Filling with In-Line Grinding and Automatic Linking
RISCO USA introduces the RS 303 and RS 503 advanced vacuum fillers with in-line grinding options. The combination is controlled by an innovative, multi-function microprocessor that be loaded with up to 100 different programs to give the operator precise control of portion weights and product flow regardless of production requirements.
Both fillers feature the exclusive RISCO vane pump which allows for smoother, gentler handling of every type of meat product, ending problems with smear of delicate formulations.
The RS70 in-line grinder is mounted directly to the filler to assure better particle definition for improved product quality. The combination delivers higher filling speeds and productivity and a denser filled product. To further improve automation of the production line, an automatic linking system can be attached by a quick release mounting bracket.
